Shaoguan Gaochuang Increases Stake in China Baoan by 1 Million Shares (0.04%), Holding a Total of 15.04%
On January 15, 2022, China Baoan disclosed the Detailed Report on Equity Changes of China Baoan Group Co., Ltd., signed by its shareholder, Shaoguan Gaochuang Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Shaoguan Gaochuang”). According to the report, Shaoguan Gaochuang plans to increase its shareholding in the company by no less than 1 million shares over the next 12 months using its own or legally raised funds.
On January 21, 2022, China Baoan received a Notice on the Progress of Shareholders’ Share Increase from Shaoguan Gaochuang, which stated that, on January 21, 2022, Shaoguan Gaochuang had increased its shareholding by 1 million shares through the centralized bidding method on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, representing 0.04% of the company’s total shares. After this increase, Shaoguan Gaochuang now holds a total of 387,882,121 shares, or 15.04% of the company’s total shares.
